About DreamFold, Aluminium Door Specialists in Dubai
DreamFold designs, supplies and installs aluminium and glass doors across Dubai and the UAE: bifold, sliding, telescopic, pivot, internal and commercial. We measure, fabricate, fit and service the doors ourselves, so one team owns the opening from the first site visit to the final adjustment.

What DreamFold does
We are a Dubai door company, not a trading desk. The same business that measures your opening also orders the profile, builds the door, fits it and comes back if it needs adjusting. That single line of responsibility is the whole point of how DreamFold is set up.
- Survey and design. A free site visit, laser-checked measurements, and a layout that suits the opening, the structure above it and the way the room is used.
- Supply. Aluminium profiles and glass specified for the UAE climate, with hardware chosen for the weight of the panels rather than the lowest cost.
- Installation. Our own fitters, not a subcontracted crew, so the tolerances the survey set are the tolerances the door is built to.
- Service. Adjustment, re-sealing, roller and hinge replacement and repairs, including on doors we did not originally install.
Most of our work is villas, apartments, offices, showrooms and hospitality fit-outs. Some of it is one opening in a townhouse; some of it is a full floor of glass partitions. We quote both the same way: after seeing the site.

What we make and fit
Every product below is something we survey, supply, install and service in Dubai. Each page explains how the system works, where it suits, and what changes the price.
Bifold and folding doors
Aluminium panels that fold and stack to one or both sides, clearing almost the whole opening. Our main product, from AED 2,500 per panel.
Sliding doors
Large sliding panels for terraces, lounges and balconies where the panels should stay flat against the wall.
Ultra-slim sliding doors
Minimal sightlines for uninterrupted glass, where the frame should almost disappear from the view.
Telescopic sliding doors
Multi-track panels that travel together and stack behind each other for a wider clear opening with no folded stack.
Internal folding doors
Room dividers and internal partitions that close a space off or open it up without losing floor area.
Pivot entrance doors
Oversized entrance doors that turn on a pivot rather than hinges, for villa and lobby entrances.
Commercial doors
Entrances, service doors and glazed fronts for retail, F&B, showrooms and industrial units.
Office doors and partitions
Glazed office doors, meeting-room fronts and partition systems for fit-outs.
Wardrobe doors
Sliding and hinged wardrobe fronts in aluminium, glass, mirror and laminate finishes.
Glass partitions
Single and double glazed partition walls, with or without acoustic upgrades, for offices and homes.
PVC folding doors
A lighter, lower-cost folding option for internal openings, laundries, storerooms and staff areas.
Pergolas and outdoor structures
Aluminium pergolas and shading structures, often specified alongside a folding or sliding door.
If you are still deciding between systems, the bifold versus sliding comparison and the door buying guide set out the trade-offs before you speak to anyone.
How we work, survey to handover
The sequence below is the same on every project. It exists because most door problems in the UAE start before anything is manufactured: an opening measured once, a threshold detail nobody agreed, a panel weight the structure was never checked for.
First conversation
Call, WhatsApp or the contact form. We ask what the opening does now, what you want it to do, and roughly when. No obligation and no quote yet, because a quote before a survey is a guess.
Free site visit
We measure the opening, check the structure above it, look at the floor level, the drainage and the access route for the panels, and discuss layouts that actually fit the space.
Written quotation
A fixed quote for the agreed configuration, glass specification, finish and hardware, with the installation included, so there is nothing to discover later.
Manufacture
Typically two to three weeks for aluminium systems, depending on the finish and the glass. We confirm the date in writing before production starts.
Installation
Usually one to two days on site for a standard opening. Our fitters set the frame level, hang and align the panels, seal the perimeter and test the drainage.
Handover and after-care
We walk the door with you, show you the adjustment points and the cleaning routine, and hand over the warranty. Maintenance and repair stay with the same team.
Why we insist on the site visit: Dubai openings are rarely square, villa slabs are rarely perfectly level, and the sand and salt in the air punish a badly sealed threshold. Thirty minutes on site removes almost every one of those surprises.

The profiles, glass and hardware we use
A door is only as good as the three things you cannot see in a photograph: the profile, the hardware carrying the weight, and the seals keeping the outside out.
- Aluminium profiles from systems including Schüco and AluK, with thermally broken options where heat gain matters.
- Hardware from Roto, Siegenia and GU, sized to the panel weight rather than to a price point.
- Glass specified for the climate: double glazing with solar-control or Low-E coatings where the opening faces the sun, laminated where safety or acoustics matter.
- Seals and drainage designed for wind-driven rain and blown sand, with drained thresholds rather than a bead of silicone.
- Finishes in powder coat and anodised options, chosen to hold up to UV and coastal air.
We will tell you plainly when a cheaper specification is fine for an internal opening, and when it is a false economy on a west-facing terrace. That conversation happens at the survey, not after installation.
Warranty, service and standing behind the work
10-year warranty
Our aluminium door systems carry a 10-year warranty. The terms are written into the quotation, so you can read what is covered before you commit to anything.
Our own service team
The people who fitted the door are the people who come back to adjust it. Nothing is handed to a third-party maintenance contractor.
Doors we did not install
We also service and repair aluminium doors installed by others, including glass door repairs and sliding door repairs.
Aluminium doors are mechanical. Rollers wear, seals harden, buildings settle and a panel that was perfect in year one can drag in year five. Planning for that, and saying so upfront, is more useful to you than a promise that nothing will ever move. The maintenance guide covers what you can do yourself and what needs a technician.
Why clients choose DreamFold
There are a lot of door suppliers in Dubai. The reasons people stay with us are unglamorous and mostly come down to the same thing: fewer surprises.
One team, one responsibility
Survey, supply, installation and service sit with the same company. If something needs adjusting, there is nobody to point at.
Quoted after seeing the site
We do not price an opening from a photograph. The written quote follows the survey, which is why it tends to be the number you actually pay.
Specified for this climate
Glass, seals, drainage and finishes are chosen for heat, UV, blown sand and wind-driven rain, not copied from a European catalogue.
Hardware sized to the panel
Rollers, hinges and gearing are picked for the weight they carry. Most door complaints in the UAE trace back to hardware chosen to hit a price.
Straight answers
If a cheaper specification is fine for your opening, we will say so. If a layout you have seen online will not work on your structure, we will say that too.
We come back
Doors are mechanical and buildings move. Adjustment, re-sealing and parts stay with the team that installed the door, under a 10-year warranty.
What we promise, and what we do not
Plenty of door websites in Dubai make claims nobody can check. We would rather be specific about what we will commit to in writing and honest about what depends on your project.
What we commit to
- A free site visit and proper measurements before any quotation.
- A fixed written quote covering the system, glass, finish, hardware and installation.
- A manufacturing window, typically 2–3 weeks for aluminium systems, confirmed in writing.
- Installation by our own fitters, usually 1–2 days for a standard opening.
- A 10-year warranty on our aluminium door systems, with the terms in the quotation.
What depends on your project
- Price. Size, system, glass specification, finish and configuration change it completely, which is why we quote after the survey rather than publishing a single figure.
- Lead time. Special finishes, oversized panels, motorisation and non-standard glass all add to it.
- Layout. The structure above the opening, the floor level and the access route decide what is possible, not the drawing.
- Garage and specialist doors. These are always priced after a site visit, because the measurements and the fixing detail drive the cost.
Where a project touches building regulations, the reference point is the Dubai Building Code published by Dubai Municipality, and we work to it rather than around it. If a claim cannot be put in the quotation, it does not belong on the website either.

Common questions about DreamFold
What does DreamFold do?
DreamFold designs, supplies and installs aluminium and glass door systems in Dubai and across the UAE: bifold and folding doors, sliding and ultra-slim sliding doors, telescopic multi-slide doors, pivot entrances, internal folding doors, wardrobe doors, office and commercial doors, glass partitions and pergolas. We also service and repair aluminium doors.
Where is DreamFold based?
Our office and workshop are in Al Qusais Industrial First, Dubai. You are welcome to visit and see profiles, finishes and hardware in person. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 19:00.
Do you install the doors yourselves or subcontract?
Our own team measures, supplies and installs. The people who survey the opening are the people who fit the door, and the same team handles service afterwards.
What warranty do you give?
Our aluminium door systems carry a 10-year warranty. The terms are set out in the quotation so you can read exactly what is covered before you commit.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. We measure the opening, check the structure and the floor, discuss layouts and then send a written quote. There is no charge and no obligation to proceed.
How long does a door take from order to installation?
Aluminium systems are typically manufactured in 2 to 3 weeks, and a standard opening is usually installed in 1 to 2 days. Large, motorised or non-standard projects take longer and we confirm the dates in writing.
Which aluminium systems and hardware do you use?
We work with aluminium profiles from systems including Schuco and AluK, and hardware from Roto, Siegenia and GU, sized to the weight of the panels. Glass is specified for the opening's orientation and exposure.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. We work across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah. Access and travel are agreed as part of the quotation.
Do you repair doors you did not install?
Yes. We service and repair aluminium bifold, sliding and glass doors installed by other companies, including roller, hinge, lock, seal and alignment work.
How much do your doors cost?
It depends on the size, the system, the glass and the configuration, so every project is quoted after the site visit. As a reference point, aluminium bifold doors start from AED 2,500 per panel.
How do I get a quote?
Call or WhatsApp +971 58 632 5171, email contact@dreamfold.ae, or use the contact form. Send a photo and a rough width if you have one, and we will arrange the site visit.
Do you handle commercial and fit-out projects?
Yes. We supply and install entrances, glazed fronts, office doors and partition systems for offices, retail, showrooms, hospitality and industrial units.
Tell us about your opening
