Whichever you use, you will be dealing with the team that fabricates and installs the door, not a call centre passing the job on.
What to send so we can help quickly
None of this is required. We will come and measure regardless. But the more of it we have first, the more useful the first conversation is.
- A photo of the opening. Including the floor and the head, and enough of the surrounding wall to show what we are fixing into.
- Rough dimensions. Width and height in millimetres or metres, measured any way you like. We check them ourselves before anything is made.
- What the space is used for. A villa terrace, a restaurant frontage, a boardroom and a workshop bay are four different specifications.
- Which way you want it to open. Or tell us what you want to achieve and we will tell you which system does it.
- Drawings, if you have them. Architect’s plans, elevations or a fit-out drawing. DWG or PDF both work.
- Any building rules. A fit-out manual, community colour restrictions or a landlord specification. These change the answer, so the earlier we see them the better.
- Your timeline. If there is a handover date or a fixed programme, tell us at the start rather than after we quote.

We do not quote large openings over the phone, because the two things that most affect the price, the measured opening and the condition of the structure around it, cannot be assessed remotely.

Where we work
We are based in Al Qusais Industrial First and work across Dubai and the wider UAE. Everything is cut, machined, assembled and glazed in our own workshop before it reaches your opening, and fitted by our own team rather than a subcontractor.

Already have doors that need attention?
We service and repair doors we did not install. If yours is stiff, dropping, draughty, letting water in or simply will not lock any more, that is usually a service visit rather than a replacement.

How do I get a quote from DreamFold?
Call or WhatsApp +971 58 632 5171, or email contact@dreamfold.ae with a photo of the opening and a rough size. For anything beyond a small internal door we arrange a free site visit and measure it ourselves, then send a written quotation listing the system, glass make-up, panel weights, gear capacity, hardware brand, threshold type, finish and lead time.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. We measure the opening, look at the head, the floor and the access route, and discuss what will actually work there. If the product we would supply is the wrong one for that opening, we say so at the visit rather than after you have paid a deposit.
Where is DreamFold based?
Al Qusais Industrial First in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Everything we supply is cut, machined, assembled and glazed in our own workshop there before it reaches your opening, and fitted by our own team rather than a subcontractor.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 19:00. We are closed on Sunday. Site visits and installations can be arranged outside those hours where a building requires out-of-hours working, which is common in occupied towers.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. We work across Dubai and the wider UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. If a location is too far to service properly we will tell you at the enquiry stage rather than quote and then let you down on programme.
How long does a door take from order to installation?
Manufacture is typically 2 to 3 weeks from approved measurements, and installation typically 1 to 2 days depending on size and access. Structural alterations, pocket cavities, certified fire-rated sets and special finishes extend that, and building approvals can take longer than fabrication. We confirm dates in writing before production starts.
Can you quote from drawings without visiting?
We can give you an indication from drawings, and for tenders and fit-outs we often start that way. We will not commit to a final figure without measuring, because the measured opening and the condition of the structure around it are the two largest cost factors and neither can be judged from a drawing alone.
Do you repair doors you did not install?
Yes. Sliding, folding, glass and shower doors, whoever originally fitted them - rollers, carriages, tracks, hinges, gaskets, locking, glass and alignment. A door that is stiff, dropping, draughty or will not lock is usually a service visit rather than a replacement.
What information should I send with my enquiry?
A photo of the opening including the floor and the head, a rough width and height, and a line about what the space is used for. If you have architect's drawings, a fit-out manual or community rules, send those too - they change the specification, so it is better to have them at the start.
What warranty do you provide?
A 10-year warranty on our aluminium systems. The scope and duration for the system, the glass and the hardware are set out separately on the quotation, so you can see exactly what is covered before you order.
Can I see examples of your work?
Yes - completed projects across Dubai are on our projects page, and each service page shows the systems we fabricate. If you want to see a particular system or finish before ordering, say so when you get in touch and we will arrange it.
Who will I be dealing with?
The team that fabricates and installs the door. Enquiries are not passed to a third party, the survey is done by us, and the installation is done by our own fitters rather than a subcontractor.
